  $1.50 per month and a one time setup fee of $20.00 for each plan submitted. Architect/Designer must submit a minimum of (10) Home Plans (total of $380.00 to start). Collective Designs collects from the customer full payment including shipping & handling cost. Collective Designs sends order information and payment to the designer. Architect/Designer ships plans to customer.
• Option #2.
  No setup fee and no monthly charges for posting your plans for sale. Architect/Designer receives payment from Collective Designs (55% of the price plus shipping and handling). Architect/Designer ships plans to customer.
