1 Set of Blueprints:
1 Set is recommended as a Study Set Only. Puchasing a set of blueprints and making additional sets by reproducing the originals is illegal. If you need multiple sets of a particular home plan, then you must puchase them.

Reproducible Set:
is useful if you plan to make changes to the stock home plan you've chosen. This set consists of line drawings produced on erasable, reproducible paper for the purpose of modification. You may change or modify the plans, thereby creating a derivative work of the plans. When alterations are complete, working copies can be made. You may make up to 10 copies of the reproducible set or derivative work for use in the construction of one unit. Reproducible masters are not Available in the province of Quebec, Canada.

can be ordered with a 5 Set or 8 Set package only. Additional Sets are available at the package price if ordered within 14 days of original order.

Materials List:
details the quantity, type and size of materials needed to build your home. (This list is helpful in acquiring an accurate construction estimate.) Please allow approximately 5 days delivery time if the materials list has not been prepared.

CAD Files:
Requires a signed "Licensing Letter" before shipment will be expedited.

Reverse Plans:
Plan can be ordered "Right Reading" rather than the mirror image process, at an additional $100.00 per order. All sets will be reverse right reading copies. Please check information as to the availablity before ordering. If they have not been completed it will require approximately one week to produce a set.

Conditions of Sale:

Plans include the basic construction information necessary to complete the structure. the plans are drawn to meet or exceed the major National building codes and Federal Housing Administration (FHA), which were in effect at the time they were drawn.

All codes, ordinances and requirements, federal, state and local take precedence over any part of the plans which may conflict with agencies rules and/or regulations and must be adhered to during construction. Mechanical and plumbing codes vary from region to region, therefore are not included in the plans.

All plans are copyright protected and their use are the sole property of the designer. Purchaser's right is limited to a one time use to construct a single structure. To reuse and/or reproduce, sell or loan the plans without written permission from the designer is prohibited and is cause for legal action. All sales are final and nonrefundable.
